Customize your stick figure family!

Every family is unique with different personalities of parents and their children. Instead of choosing one of our stock family kits, it is usually better to create your own custom family kit so that you have a stick figure family that accurately represents yours. First choose a dad and a mom, and then pick from any of our boys, girls, babies or pets to add into your family. When you find a family member that you like from our various categories, copy the item number displayed to the right of the image above the sale price. For example:

 

Paste that item number into the item number slot labeled “Item Number (1 top pick)” under the custom family kit like this:

 

Repeat this process until all your family members are in these item number slots.

 

You can also use almost any silhouette item from our site as a family member. 🙂
Feel free to ask us if you are not sure if an item can be used for the custom family kit.

There are only three slots for the family members, If there are more than three people in your family, put the additional item numbers in the Comment section on the checkout page or at checkout and we will include them in your custom family kit.

The sizes are as follows:
Small = 8″ length
Medium= 12″ length
Large = 18″ length
XLarge = 23″ length
(The length refers to the length of the ENTIRE set of family members, not each individual figure.)

Finding Item Numbers

Knowing where to find item numbers for products on our website is important for our customers to know when ordering from us. Having these handy can better help us reference the exact item you are looking at, so that we can give you the best possible assistance. When asking for dimensions or similar questions, we will need to know what specific item you are looking at. It is also important to have these on-hand when calling us to place an order over the phone. 🙂

Lets take a look at a basketball decal, for example. You see this decal and want to know the item number:

When you see an item on the page, click into the specific item by clicking the item name.

Once you are on the page where you can order the item, you will see the item number just to the right of the image above the sale price after “Item#:”

There are numbers in some of the descriptions/names of the products, but these are not the item number. These numbers could be used in items from many different categories, so be sure you have the whole item number ready so that we can locate the exact product. 🙂

How does a vinyl sticker differ from a vinyl decal?

A sticker is just a solid piece of vinyl with your picture or design printed onto it. There will usually be a bit of white around the edges of the design regardless of whether you have the cut contour to the design or cut in a shape. For some designs, stickers may be the only option due to the complex detail in a design. If something is to small to cut into a decal then a sticker will be the way to go. Here is a beautiful printed in loving memory sticker:

Decals are a single color design cut out of one of our stock color sheets of vinyl. They require transfer tape so that they can be “transferred” onto the surface you are applying the vinyl to. Because they are cut out, what you get is your design in vinyl with no background, so what you see is the color of the surface behind the design.
